No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser.
Does it work for takeaways and food trucks?+
Yes. Takeaway orders use the customer’s name and an order number instead of a table, and food trucks can run takeaway-only.
Can I change my menu and prices myself?+
Yes. Add, edit and remove items, mark them out of stock and change your logo and colours from your Customer Dashboard.
What equipment do I need?+
A tablet or screen for the kitchen, a device for PayPoint and, if you want printed slips, a receipt printer. Your table QR codes are generated for you.
